Description: The Drag Invasion, a World famous event where the Drag Queens of Cherry Grove invade Fire Island Pines. All Drag Queens Meet at the ICE PALACE in Cherry Grove @ 12noon and assemble for thier red carpet strut down the board walk to the Invasion Ferry. Once in the Pines they are greeted very warmly with a welcoming reception in the Pines marina. Once they prance and strut in the pines they board the ferry and return back to Cherry Grove and participate in the pool introductions @ the Ice Palace.
